Bombshells

The Tasmanian Theatre Company presents its premiere production, the global sensation Bombshells . Wickedly entertaining, Bombshells showcases six dynamic females, each facing crossroads in their lives. From a backtracking bride-to-be caught on the threshold, to a weedy cactus-growing widow as prickly as her plants, Bombshells opens a window into the lives of fascinating, curious and often hilarious women. Comedy theatre spectacular! Viva Vivaldi

The Tasmanian Chorale, under the direction of Stephanie Abercromby present Vivaldi’s Magnificat and Gloria accompanied by The Fahan School Strings amd Michael Curtain. Soloists are Gina Bashford, Tamsin Hilliard, Maree-Rose Jones and Andrew Bainbridge.

Stepping Out

The next theatrical offering from Hobart Rep is the award-winning comedy Stepping Out, written by Richard Harris and directed by Allan Jeffrey. In this highly entertaining play 7 woman and 1 man, all larger than life and wildly different characters, come together to learn to tap dance in preparation for a charity concert performance.
